Sale Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For a return to be accepted, the item needs to be in its original state: The products cannot have been used or washed. As the customer, you must contact Ada – Swing with Purpose 7 days to process the return. This does not only include working days and is a requirement for a refund.
The shipping charges must be paid by the customer and are not refundable. Should you have received the incorrect item or something missing, we will exchange the item or replace the missing piece- however, this will only be the case as long as the item has not been used or damaged in any way. Exchanges, as well as returns, exclude shipping costs.
Any Items that need to be exchanged must be received by Ada- Swing with Purpose before the exchange is sent or the refund processed.
Images of products may slightly vary in colour, look and feel. Please be aware that all products are printed on cotton and might vary slightly in how it picks up the colour. The wood will vary in colour as we do not use any paint, stains or varnishes to ensure that it is not toxic to your child. Ada – Swing with Purpose will not be liable for any refunds or costs pertaining to a customer’s dissatisfaction with the final product.
